All County Health Care is a State Licensed, Medicare Certified and ACHC Accredited Home Health Agency. We meet your home health care needs by providing highly trained and insured professionals in your home. Q: What types of coverage do you accept?
A: As a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency we accept Medicare and Tri-Care Insurance.
Q: Who pays the caregiver, me or you?
A: Medicare pays the full-approved cost of all covered home health visits. All County Health Care sends bills directly to Medicare. Before your care begins, All County Health Care will tell you how much of your bill Medicare will pay. We will also tell you if any items or services we provide are not covered by Medicare, and how much you will have to pay for them. This will be explained to you verbally and in writing.
Q: How do I reach someone after hours or on weekends if I need to change my care or if I have questions?
A: All County Health Care provides a live person who answers the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All County Health Care does not use an answering service.
Q: Do I need to contact my doctor if I want to use All County Health Care for home health services?
A: It is not necessary for you to contact your doctor about our services. If you contact our office, we will have one of our Registered Nurses contact the doctor on your behalf, receive orders for care and provide documentation to the doctor about the services which we provide.
